Workplace setup: we’ll provide you with an ergonomic office table and chair to support your health. The tech equipment we provide is always up to the latest technology standards to help create the best workflow. Refreshments: we offer various healthy and delicious snacks as well as drinks for in-between meals: high-quality coffee, a selection of organic teas, and fruit juices. Location: you'll get to work in a lovely office at the foot of the Austrian Alps, surrounded by nature. You can take a break outdoors or go for a walk in the woods. Getting around: we'll give you a free bus and train ticket so you can get around easily and sustainably. We also have e-bikes and a car pool available for borrowing.

Work from home once a week: we value face-to-face time to foster collaboration and innovation. Yet, we know that the commute can take time out of your day. This is why you can choose to work from home one day a week. Flexitime: outside of core working hours, we're flexible when it comes to when you get your work done. If there's more work one day, you can take an early day off another when you've got less on your plate. Childcare available right next door: we know that childcare is the no.1 thing on a parent's worry list. There's childcare available right next to our office, and we're happy to help with trying to secure a place. No overtime: we have an overtime regulation in place that ensures you will never build up excessive overtime.
