The Card Reader PKT is designed with user-friendly features, including an LED Write-Protect Switch. The orange LED indicates that the Write-Protect feature is activated, preventing accidental deletions, while the white LED shows that the card reader is connected to a host (e.g. computer) but the Write-Protect function is not engaging. A flashing LED signifies ongoing data transfer.
Note that the Card Reader PKT CFexpress A only supports CFexpress Type A media and does not read SD cards. In contrast, the Card Reader PKT SD is compatible with UHS-I and UHS-II SD cards, as well as microSD cards with an adapter.
Lastly, the color-coded PKT Caps differentiate the technologies, so you currently cannot choose a specific color when purchasing.
