Can I just send you my product in an envelope via postal mail service?

Sure, but it's not really recommended. We at Angelbird don't assume liability for lost packages or envelopes during the return process of a defective product. Which is why we recommend sending the product in a secure package with protection like bubble wrap, insurance coverage and a tracking number.
