Can I send my defective storage media to you right away without authorization?

Claim process

Please only send your storage media after receiving a return merchandise authorization from Angelbird. In urgent cases, you can contact us via phone +43 5572 40725, and we will do our best to find a timely solution. If we receive a parcel without authorization, we'll return it to the sender according to our terms & conditions. Generally speaking, we can only issue a return refund if you purchased the product directly from us. In every case, it will depend on the reason for the return, as we have the right and obligation to repair or replace a faulty product.
