Can I use my CFexpress Type B media with a XQD card reader?

You cannot unless the card reader is specifically designed for use with both XQD and CFexpress Type B media. We don't offer an Angelbird XQD or combined reader. For your CFexpress Type B card, please be sure to use the Angelbird CFexpress B Card Reader.
