How can I claim my warranty and what does the process look like?

Claim process
  1. Please send your request by completing the form via our support page
  2. The Angelbird service team will contact you via e-mail within 1-3 business days and provide you with your personal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and important instructions for returning your defective media.
  3. Please ship the defective media within 30 days after receiving the above notification from the Angelbird service team or inform the service team that you will not be able to do so within this time frame. After 30 days, the RMA number will lose validity, and you can't exchange the card under warranty for the same error anymore.
  4. Once the defective storage media arrives at the Angelbird tech lab in Austria, it will be processed within 2-4 business days.
  5. After processing, our Angelbird service team will inform you about the results (diagnosis, reasons, professional tips and recommendations) via e-mail.
  6. The repaired or replacement product will be shipped to the return address provided by you. Shipping times will depend on the country you're located in and the respective customs policy, but the average shipping time is 2-7 business days.
