How can I return my order?
All products purchased on our website are subject to a 14-day return policy. This period begins once your Angelbird products have been delivered. Within this timeframe, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return any product you've purchased from us. To withdraw from the contract, please inform the Angelbird Sales Team by completing the form on our support page or sending us an e-mail (support@angelbird.com) or letter with your request.
You cannot return your order if it entails:
- Opened and already used products
- Customized products
- B-stock/refurbished/second choice products
- Products purchased from resellers
