How long does the shipping of the repaired/replaced storage media take?

Claim process

We need 2-4 business days to process your returned storage media. As soon as we ship out your replacement product, you'll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Shipping times will depend on the country you're located in and the respective customs policy, but the average shipping time is 2-7 business days. Our delivery times are subject to business disruptions and force majeure events, including similar unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and include business days only (Monday - Friday), but not legal Austrian holidays.
