If you recover my data, how will I get it?

Recovery process

Once we've successfully recovered your data, we'll upload it to a new replacement Angelbird storage media (the same as or with equivalent technical specifications to the damaged or malfunctioning one you sent in) and ship it to you. If you urgently need your data transferred to you, please let our customer service team know — we can work out a transfer option, but please note that the risk of sharing your data online is on you.
