Is it possible to recover original data after formatting my storage media and saving new data onto it?
Basic facts
If you had full storage media, formatted it, and only took a few pictures afterwards, there is still a chance to recover some of the original data. However, due to the random writing pattern of new data, your original data will already have missing data in several locations. If a significant amount of data is missing from a file, it may not be recoverable. This particularly applies to video files. While we're happy to assist, please be aware of the risks involved, as you'll be responsible for the service cost in this case.
