Please go ahead and check the following:

  • Whether your memory card is compatible with your camera. You can use our Compatibility Check to do that.
  • Ensure the firmware both on your storage media and camera is up to date. You can download the latest firmware update for Angelbird and RED CFexpress cards on our firmware update page.
  • Check whether you formatted your storage media before shootin
