FAQ
What does the orange light on my Angelbird Card Reader PKT mean?
Generally, the Write-Protect Switch LED will light up when your reader is connected to a host device (like your computer). If you can see an orange light lit up on your card reader, it means that the Write-Protect function is active. The Write-Protect function protects your work against accidentally deleting files deletion and keeps your system from writing unwanted data files to your card. To ensure the Write-Protect Function works, you need to safely ejected and disconnected your card reader from the host (e.g. your computer) BEFORE you activate or deactivate the Write-Protect Switch. Once you've done this, you can go ahead and connect your card reader to your computer.
