What happens with my old storage media?

Recovery process

R&D is part of our DNA here at Angelbird. We're constantly improving our products to ensure as little malfunction as possible and the best user experience. Your storage media will undergo further analysis so we can truly get to the bottom of what went wrong. Once this is done, the storage media is securely cleared of all data and either recycled or safely disposed of. Your data will be stored internally for another month after we've shipped out your replacement. This is a precaution in case of any loss during transit. This data is securely stored on a separate server with no internet connection and will be deleted permanently after this specified time frame of one month.
