Where can I find the serial number on my product?
SDXC
Usually, the serial number is located on the back of your storage media, typically marked with 'SN'. It starts with an "A" and consists of 6 to 7 letters and numbers. Your second option is to check your invoice or the original product packaging. For older SDXC media, you may not find a serial number — please go ahead and send us a photo of the back of your memory card.
