CFexpress™ 2.0 Type B

The RED CFexpress Type B card is your key to lightning-fast write speed and seamless, high-resolution image capture. Designed in collaboration with RED Digital Cinema it offers a compact media type that supports 8K recording on your V-RAPTOR 8K/XL 8K and KOMODO-X cameras.

Available RED CFexpress card models:

• High capacity: The 2 TB and 4 TB cards meet all of RED’s quality, performance, and endurance specifications, with comparable performance to prior RED media options, sustained speed performance and a max data rate of 1550 MB/s.

• High endurance: The 660 GB and 1.3 TB cards have the same underlying hardware as the 2 TB and 4 TB option but achieve a further extended lifetime by running in an overprovisioned mode with sustained speed performance and a max data rate of 1600 MB/s.
